PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J., Nov. 20 -- The Picatinny Arsenal issued the following news release:
Dr. Thomas H. Killion, deputy assistant secretary of the Army for Research and Technology, announced Oct. 27 that 33 Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center employees are winners of the 2008 Army Research and Development Achievement Awards.
