FORT MEADE, Md., Nov. 26 -- Fort Meade issued the following news release:
Holding hands and weaving in a serpentine line, civilians and service members followed Daniel Garneaux back in time.
The Native American, dressed in full red regalia, led the group in the traditional snake dance, which originated with Native Americans in the Southwest.
