TEMPE, Ariz., Feb. 24 -- Arizona State University issued the following press release:
RECAP: After being picked to finish ninth in the Pac-10 preseason poll and going 8-22 and 2-16 in league play a year ago, Coach Sendek's Sun Devils have clinched a winning season with its 17-9 overall record and four freshmen making 73 total starts. Freshmen have played more than 44 percent of the minutes this year for ASU.
