BERKELEY, Calif., Sept. 22 -- The Berkeley Zero Waste Commission issued the following meeting minutes:

Chairwoman Nashua Kalil called the meeting to order with a quorum at 7: 10 p.m.

1. Roll Call:

Commissioners present: Blachman (7:15), Dodsworth (7:25), Jensen, Kalil, Kirkpatrick, Nava, Schultze-Allen, Tam Chair Kalil welcomed new commissioner Kelly Kirkpatrick for District 5, appointed by Laurie Capitelli.
