CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Nov. 15 -- The University of Virginia issued the following news release:
The Virginia volleyball team extended its winning streak Saturday evening with a 3-0 (25-14, 25-19, 25-18) win over Boston College in Memorial Gymnasium. The win completes the season sweep over the Eagles for the Cavaliers and improves their record to 16-13 on the season and 8-9 in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Boston College falls to 7-22 and 1-16 in the league.
