CROOKSTON, Minn., Nov. 1 -- University of Minnesota Crookston issued the following news release:
The University of Minnesota, Crookston (UMC) came into this afternoon's game with the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) looking to play spoiler as the Bulldogs were a perfect 9-0 overall coming into the game. The upset was not to be as a balanced UMD offense recorded 565 yards of total offense in the 63-7 victory at Ed Widseth Field.
The Bulldogs scored 28 unanswered . . .
