CARBONDALE, Ill., June 13 -- Southern Illinois University at Carbondale issued the following Weekly Communique from the president's office:
Walter V. Wendler will be the new director of the School of Architecture at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Wendler, a native of Northport, N.Y., said that as director, he intends to continue building on the fine traditions set forth by Paul Sarvela, dean of the College of Applied Sciences and Arts, and former director Terry A.
