SOMERVILLE, N.J., March 5 -- Somerset County issued the following news release:
U.S. soldiers abroad will have a little easier time phoning home thanks to a Somerset County official, a local Girl Scout troop and donations from residents.
Somerset County Surrogate Frank G. Bruno, in cooperation with Rolling Hills Girl Scout Troop No. 811, will launch a local chapter of Cell Phones for Soldiers to help U.S. service men and women overseas who are facing the enormous co . . .
