CALIFORNIA, Pa., Feb. 18 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
It has often been said that the little things in life mean a lot. Students of Dr. Carol Biddington's ethics in sports classes have accomplished this by allowing underprivileged children to walk at least a mile in their shoes.
Since last fall, Biddington's students have collected nearly 200 pairs of old, but still quite, usable shoes to send to Africa through Hoops4Ho . . .
