CALIFORNIA, Pa., July 14 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
Homecoming at Cal U is October 11 but Gena Sproul's '04 return to her alma mater and place of employment will wait until summer next summer.
An administrative assistant in Cal U's Office of Social Equity who has worked at the University since December 1996, Sproul was activated by the U.S. Navy on June 20 and is currently undergoing additional training and mobilizati . . .
