BUFFALO, N.Y., Nov. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation Buffalo Field Office issued the following news release:
Julio DeLeon, 32, of Dunkirk, NY , who was convicted of possession of child pornography on July 25, 2008, was sentenced to 108 months in prison, to be followed by supervised release for life by U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny, U.S. Attorney Terrance P. Flynn of the Western District of New York announced today.
