CALIFORNIA, Pa., March 31 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
When a college student finds himself awake at 4 a.m., it's usually at the mercy of a caffeine-induced all-nighter. But that's not the case for Cal U criminal justice major Ryan Lombardo.
As an intern with the Drug Enforcement Agency last fall, Lombardo often found himself on the streets of Washington, D.C., at 4 a.m. still working on the day's case.
