CALIFORNIA, Pa., Sept. 15 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:

With those words the chairman of California University's Council of Trustees, Leo Krantz, summed up the work of Dr. Angelo Armenti, Jr., as well as Cal U faculty and staff, during the Council of Trustees' quarterly meeting Sept. 3.
"Nine years ago when I got involved with the Trustees, it was like a packe . . .
