CALIFORNIA, Pa., May 16 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
Five California University of Pennsylvania students were commissioned as second lieutenants at a Commissioning Ceremony conducted by the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) United States Army on Friday, May 9. The following morning all five received their bachelor degrees during the university's Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony.
