HICKORY, N.C., Aug. 23 -- Georgia College & State University issued the following news release:
Giving up a trio of scoring chances that came more from defensive lapses than offensive play, the Georgia College & State University soccer team dropped a 3-1 exhibition match at Lenoir-Rhyne College today (Aug. 23).
The Bobcats went into the half down a goal after the defense misplayed a ball back to the goalkeeper, leaving the net wide open for a Bear goal.
