MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga., Sept. 7 -- Georgia College & State University issued the following news release:
The Georgia College & State University (2-0-1) soccer defense dominated Limestone College (0-3) in the smoldering heat today 1-0.
The only goal of the game was scored by senior Hayley Ferrell (Hampton, Ga.) in the 34th minute. Farrell's 32nd career goal came off a dead ball from Kara Teresi (Tampa, Fla.) that was sent to Jessica Newland (Hiram, Ga.). Farrell . . .
