FORT SMITH, Ark., Aug. 20 -- The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith issued the following news release:
University of Arkansas - Fort Smith men's basketball coach Josh Newman has announced the hiring of Chris Lowry as assistant men's basketball coach.
Lowry, the former director of basketball operations at the University of Arkansas - Little Rock, replaces former Lions assistant coach Justin Stuckey, who resigned earlier this summer to pursue a high school teaching . . .
