STATE REP. GODSHALL ANNOUNCES TAX CREDIT FOR EMERGENCY RESPONDERS

HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 1 -- Pennsylvania State Rep. Robert W. Godshall, R-Montgomery (53rd District), issued the following news release:

Rep. Robert Godshall (R-Montgomery) is informing active volunteer emergency responders that they could be eligible for a tax credit worth up to $100 on their 2008 state income tax return.

Act 66 of 2008 provides a credit of up to $100 against the state personal income tax liability of residents who are active members of a volunteer . . .
