BROOKLYN, N.Y., Jan. 16 -- The City University of New York's Medgar Evers College issued the following news release:
The 2008 Winter Commencement Exercise at Eugenio Maria de Hostos Community College was held on the evening of January 16, 2008, with New York State Assemblyman Ruben Diaz, Jr. (85th District) as the guest speaker.
Assemblyman Diaz addressed a graduating class of 232 students who received A.A., A.S., and A.A.S. degrees in a variety of programs, as well . . .
