LONG BEACH, Calif., Nov. 18 -- California State University issued the following news release:
The California State University Board of Trustees' Committee on Finance today approved a $5.1 billion budget request to the state for fiscal year 2009-10, which consists of $3.5 billion from the State General Fund and $1.6 billion from student fee revenue.
