The #2 UMFK women's basketball team captured a thrilling 63-60 win over #1 SUNY Canton to earn a trip to their third NAIA II National Tournament trip in the last five years. Freshmen guard Alisa Licata (Yucca Valley, CA) drilled a three pointer in front of the UMFK bench with 15 seconds left and sophomore forward Arcilla Jeffers played the game of her life scoring a career-high 40 . . .
