WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR TO PROVIDE SENATE TESTIMONY ON MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES FOR SOLDIERS, VETERANS

MORGANTOWN, W.Va., July 22 -- The West Virginia University School of Medicine issued the following news release:

West Virginia University Psychology Professor Joseph Scotti, Ph.D., lead researcher on the West Virginia Returning Soldiers Study, will provide testimony to the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee tomorrow (July 23). Scotti will speak on mental health issues and service access for soldiers and veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan wars.
