JOHNSON CITY, Tenn., Feb. 7 -- The campaign of David Roe, the Republican nominee in Tenessee's 1st Congressional District, issued the following news release:
Phil Roe announced today that Bill Snodgrass, former district director for Congressman Bill Jenkins, will manage the Roe for Congress campaign.
