FORT RILEY, Kan., Sept. 15 -- Fort Riley issued the following news release:
Fort Riley officials identified a Soldier here as the individual responsible for making a telephonic threat toward a fellow Soldier on Monday.
The Soldier threatened was PFC Jeremy Hall of the 97th Military Police Battalion. The Military Religious Freedom Foundation has a lawsuit on behalf of Hall based on Hall's claim of discrimination because he is an atheist.
