FORT RILEY, Kan., March 17 -- Fort Riley issued the following news release:
Sgt. 1st Class Collin J. Bowen, 38, died March 14 at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, of wounds suffered when his vehicle struck an improvised explosive device Jan. 2 in Khowst Province, Afghanistan.
