MACOMB, Ill., May 3 -- Western Illinois University issued the following news release:
Samantha Valentine was 3-for-5 with a home run, three runs scored and two RBI on the day as Western Illinois swept UMKC, 3-1 in both games, to clinch the final spot of The Summit League Tournament, Saturday.
