BRUSSELS, Belgium, Oct. 7 -- NATO Training Mission - Iraq issued the following press release:
The Chief of the Iraqi Joint Forces, General Babakir Zebari, and Commander of the NATO Training Mission - Iraq (NTM-I), Lieutenant General Frank Helmick, today presided over the graduation of 64 officers from the third Junior Staff Course at the Iraqi Joint Staff College in Ar Rustamiyah, Baghdad.
