WASHINGTON, March 7 -- The Health Forum issued the following news release:
The American Organization of Nurse Executives this week joined other national nursing organizations in applauding bipartisan legislation to address a critical shortage of nursing school faculty. The Troops to Nurse Teachers Act (S. 2705), introduced March 5 by Sen. Dick Durbin, would develop partnerships between military and civilian schools of nursing in which Nurse Corps Officers would serve as nurse educ . . .
