SPRINGFIELD, Ill., Oct. 31 -- The Illinois Department of Agriculture issued the following news release:

To improve Illinois' preparedness for a foreign animal disease outbreak, the Illinois Department of Agriculture (IDOA) is offering the state's veterinarians a full day of emergency response training.
