ARLINGTON, Va., Nov. 1 -- The Association of the United States Army issued the following newsletter article:
The commanding general of Forces Command said that ways to reduce stress on the Army from repeated deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq include increasing the size of the force in all components to build more units and in doing that soldiers and their families would have more predictability in deployments.
