ARLINGTON, Va., Nov. 1 -- The Association of the United States Army issued the following newsletter article:
Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told the Sustaining Member Luncheon Oct. 8 that the U.S. Army "is the best counter-insurgency force in the world," but warned that the nation must not lose its ability to fight a conventional conflict.
And he emphasized that the nation must do a better job of caring for its warriors, particula . . .
