CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Oct. 29 -- The University of Virginia issued the following news release:
America is no longer among the top 10 most educated countries in the world, and it is one of only two nations in which young adults are less well-educated than middle-aged adults, according to a new report from the University of Virginia's Miller Center of Public Affairs and the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges.
