MACOMB, Ill., April 18 -- Western Illinois University issued the following news release:
The 2008 spring football season drew one step closer to its end Friday as the Leathernecks held their final practice prior to Saturday's annual spring game. Workout number 14 was the only session of the spring forced indoors as a steady rain throughout the day. Saturday's scrimmage is still scheduled to kick off at 1:05 p.m. on Hanson Field.
