FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., Aug. 20 -- Western Illinois University issued the following news release:
After nearly three weeks of training camp, the Western Illinois University football squad took another step toward game one with its fifth and final two-a-day session Wednesday. The Leathernecks will practice once a day for the rest of the week before taking Sunday off and beginning classes, as well as the game-week routine, on Monday.
