WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- The National Republican Congressional Committee issued the following news release:
Rep. Nick Lampson (D-TX) has completely disregarded the facts in his say-anything effort to retain his seat in Washington. Lampson's latest ad, in addition to distorting Republican candidate Pete Olson's position, falsely claims Lampson is for middle-class tax cuts and against wasteful Washington spending.
