WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., March 23 -- Western Illinois University issued the following news release:
The Western Illinois baseball team could do little to silence the bats of Purdue Sunday, dropping both games of a doubleheader, 11-2 and 22-10
Game 1
The Boilermakers (5-11) got to the Leathernecks' (1-12) starter Mark DiBernardo (0-3) by scoring a pair of runs in the first and second innings, making the score 4-0.
