MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga., Oct. 29 -- Georgia College & State University issued the following news release:
Georgia College & State University President Dorothy Leland today announced that Dr. Sandra J. Jordan has been appointed the university's first-ever Provost & Vice President of Academic Affairs. Jordan, who currently holds the same position at Mississippi University for Women, is expected to join Georgia College in her new position on or about July 1, 2009.
