Tomorrow, Saturday, November 1st, Congressman Fred Upton (R-St. Joseph), the son of a WWII veteran, will present the Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster to WW II veteran Walter J. Miller. Miller was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service on April 6th, 1945 in Germany and earned the Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster for meritorious service in connection with military operations against the enemy from D . . .
