BALAD, Iraq, Oct. 31 -- The U.S. Army 1st Armored Division issued the following news release:
Baghdad National Emergency Response Brigade arrested a known Islamic State of Iraq financier on a Ministry of Interior warrant Oct. 29.
The individual allegedly receives financing and weapons from unknown insurgents and uses the money and weapons to support ISI operations in the Baghdad area.
He is also said to be a Mufti who gives military orders to ISI subo . . .
