SAN ANTONIO, Oct. 30 -- The University of Texas at San Antonio issued the following news release:
The UTSA Roadrunner debaters are currently ranked 11th among more than 200 colleges and universities nationwide. Among four representing UTSA, two teams have advanced to elimination rounds in all five of their tournaments this year. They have not placed below fourth and individual debaters have won many speaker awards.
