To help stem the tide of increasing gun violence around the Commonwealth, Rep. Bernie O'Neill (R-Bucks) today applauded movement of legislation that targets straw purchases of firearms by giving law enforcement more tools in prosecuting crimes regarding the theft of firearms and illegal firearm transfers.
