GALESBURG, Ill., Aug. 25 -- Carl Sandburg College issued the following news release:
The Carl Sandburg College men's soccer team (0-1) dropped its first game in school history to Oakton Community College (1-0) 11-2 on Saturday at Galesburg High School.
Oakton took control of the game after scoring its first goal with 36 minutes left in the first half. Freshman Javier Carrillo highlighted the Chargers' offense by scoring the team's first ever goal with 2:17 left in . . .
