UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., Oct. 22 -- Pennsylvania State University issued the following news release:
Pennsylvania College of Technology and Penn State Cooperative Extension are collaborating to form the Marcellus Shale Education and Training Center, which will provide a wide variety of resources to the community and the oil-and-gas industry.
