MACOMB, Ill., Nov. 30 -- Western Illinois University issued the following news release:
Six students participating in Western Illinois University's Fall 2007 Commencement Weekend Ceremonies Dec. 14-15 in Macomb have received the highest recognition from their college faculty for their overall academic excellence by being named Cecile A.
