MUNCIE, Ind., Jan. 25 -- Ball State University issued the following news release:
A Ball State University program will allow kids to learn about the thoughts, ideas and creative art techniques behind children's book illustrations. Meanwhile, their instructors, Ball State education majors, will get firsthand teaching experience.
