NORFOLK, Va., Nov. 5 -- Old Dominion University issued the following news release:
Officials from the College of Health Sciences at Old Dominion University and the Southeastern chapter of the American Red Cross signed a memorandum of understanding Nov. 6 that will lead to community health initiatives, prevention training and outreach, and unique collaborative learning experiences.
