MOREHEAD, Ky., Nov. 1 -- Morehead State University issued the following news release:
Morehead State University/Rowan County's Adult Learning Center and MSU at West Liberty's Adult Education and Career Center were among the adult education programs to share more than $1 million in incentive funds from Kentucky Adult Education for meeting or exceeding enrollment and performance goals in the 2006-07 fiscal year.
Only 70 Kentucky counties had adult education program to . . .
