MACOMB, Ill., June 3 -- Western Illinois University issued the following news release:
Kenneth Hawkinson, associate dean of the College of Fine Arts and Communication at Western Illinois University, has been named Western's associate provost for budget, planning and personnel, effective June 1, according to WIU Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs Jack Thomas.
