BOT RECOMMENDS NEW DEGREES

MACOMB, Ill., June 6 -- Western Illinois University issued the following news release:

The Western Illinois University Board of Trustees recommended new degree programs in engineering and nursing, basic (BSN) at its meeting today (June 6) at the WIU-Quad Cities campus.

The proposed 133-semester hour engineering degree will be delivered at the WIU-Macomb and WIU-Quad Cities campuses and will provide an integrated course of study. The program will be a plus-two degree . . .
