ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Oct. 30 -- The New Mexico Attorney General issued the following news release:

Attorney General Gary King's office says New Mexico joined 35 states and the District of Columbia in a unified effort to force New Jersey based company Educational Research Center of America (ERCA) to alter the way they collect personal information from junior and high school students.
